In Memory of Paul Duke

Fellow Members,

Here is the obituary of Paul Duke, the founder of Peachtree Corners. As you all know, UPCCA still shares his vision for the Peachtree Corners community. I had the privilege of hearing him speak at a special UPCCA program, Peachtree Corners: Past, Present and Future. At that time, Alzheimer’s had not yet robbed him of the intellect and passion for which he was so well known. He captivated the audience with his stories of the early history of our community and challenged us to partner with business and government to meet our shared goals. He was an inspiration to me and when you read the obituary, I hope you will all see why.
